Location, facilities and staff are top notch Location: just right at the exit. Cant go lost. I booked this hotel because it was the nearest to the zoo (15min drive) and to jollibee ajax (5min) Facilities: we got a king room for my toddler and i. I requested for a room with microwave as we are still on feeding bottles at night time. To my surprise, not only did we get a microwave. We got a full sized fridge and dishwasher. Basic utensils and small appliances are included with our kitchenette. We got a flat stove too. 2pcs of dishwasher soap aswell. They also had a nice small indoor pool which we had all to ourselves during our stay. Not alot had been using it. Pool is not deep, perfect for the little ones to enjoy and for parents who cant swim like me 😅pool is open from 6am-11pm i think. Breakfast was good. They have hot breakfast buffet from 7-10am. Plenty of parking space for free. Which is a great plus for us. Staff: theyre all terrific!! I had mistakenly booked our stay a day in advance and realized and checked lated at night before our initial stay date. Called right away and they were nice enough to change our dates. However i had to pay for whatever is the current prize of the room now. Which was fine coz it was my fault anyways. Reception, breakfast and housekeeping staff ive met were very helpful. I wish i had remembered to get their names to thank them here.

we had chosen this hotel because it was a bit outside of Toronto and therefore not so expensive; to downtown (CN Tower) about 30 minutes by car; directly on the highway, but still quietly located; large, free parking space in front of the hotel; stores and restaurants not far away; we recommend the Italian restaurant Il Fornello on Kingston Road; we enjoyed the breakfast with porcelain dishes! (not least because it is good for the environment)

We checked in very late (around 11:30) since the hwy 401 was closed due to an accident during the weekend, but staffs were very helpful even we were super late! The studio we stayed has a small living room kitchen with dishwasher and a fridge. The pool is shallow, more for kids. But we had fun with our baby. The location is good and convenient.

The check in was a breeze. As soon as we entered the room we were charmed by the cinnamon smell. The room was huge with a complete kitchen and living room. Super clean room, great wi-fi. The building is well kept and the bathroom sparkling clean. We strongly recommended staying there.
